Refund policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations must be made before the product is shipped. Once the product has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled through our website.


Return & Exchange Policy

Return or exchange is available for selected products only. Please check the respective product page for eligibility and return conditions. Return policies may be updated without prior notice.

  • If pickup service is not available at your location, you will be required to self-ship the product to our office address.

  • Return/Exchange charges may apply on a case-by-case basis.


Important Notes for Returns/Exchanges

  • Items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.

  • Products must be returned with original packaging and tags intact. Items without tags will not be accepted.

  • Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Return/Exchange requests must be submitted within 2 days of receiving the product. Requests beyond this window will not be accepted.


Return Timeframe

Once a return request is submitted within the valid timeframe, it will be reviewed within 2–3 business days. If approved, the return process (including pickup or confirmation of self-shipping) will be completed within 7–10 business days.


Exchange Timeframe

Once we receive the product for exchange, it will be inspected within 2–3 business days. If approved, the replacement product will be dispatched and delivered within 5–7 working days.


Refund Timeframe

Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment.
Once the return is approved, the refund will be credited within 3–5 working days from the date of approval.
